If we haven't already printed your items, we can halt production and update your order. 

Typically, non-custom items are shipped within 5 business days, but certain products can take up to 10 business days to ship. 

If you don't receive your order: email info@fasciaapparel.com within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.

If there is an issue with your address and we are unable to ship, we will contact you through email, and text if a phone number is available. If we don't receive communication after several attempts, we will cancel and refund your order.
